    How long to stretch?

    How long should u hold a stretch? Normally i always do one minute at home but at my boxing gym i see everyone hold it only for like 15 seconds. Is there a downside for holding it out as long as i do?

    Once the muscle is warmed, stretch n hold for 20 secs. 3 sets for each.

        Im very sorry...

        Theres no downside to holding it that long as long as you not over stretching it and bouncing it. The muscle needs that amount of time to be stretched fully.

        After first set relax for a further 20 seconds then repeat.
