    Good diet?

Hey well I'm thinking of trying out a new diet, one that balances out carbs, proteins, and healthy fat and is directed more towards building muscle and lowering overall body fat percentage (with the help of cardio work, both aerobic and anaerobic). Just started the diet yesterday, was wondering if it needs tuning or if it's flawed in any way, etc. Please and thanks for comments!

    Breakfast

    - One Cup Cereal
    - Half Cup 1% Milk
    - Half Glass Fruit Juice
    - One Whole Egg (Large, Hardboiled) [Mon/Wed/Fri]

    Post-Morning Workout

    - Protein Shake

    Lunch

    - Two Slices Whole-Wheat Brown Bread
    - Natural Peanut Butter Spread
    - Two Apples
    - One Orange or Banana

    Pre-Workout Meal

    - Two Slices Whole-Wheat Brown Bread
    - Tuna Spread OR Lean Chicken Breast (Processed) OR Lean Turkey (Processed)
    - 15 Non-salted peanuts [Mon/Wed/Fri]

    Post-Workout Meal

    - One Cup Rice
    - Two Pieces of Lean Chicken
    - Canola Oil

    Dinner
    - Two Slices Whole-Wheat Brown Bread
    - Proportionate serving of Vegetables

I eat roughly every two to three hours, total six times a day. Mon/Wed/Fri are the days I do weights (hence the inclusion of eggs + peanuts on those days). What do you think?
