I am a up and coming fighter and need a bit of help from fellow bs members
I train hard, I aint got a problem with my weight but my diet isnt what it should be
I don't eat much burgers n chips but mostly curry 5 days a week lol
I have a healthy breakfast but lunch and dinner is a problem for me
Ive been told that I need to clean my diet up but not sure what to eat, what is good to eat while training for a fight
anybody help me out with a good list of what to eat and what not to eat please
