im just starting boxing and i need some muscle so i started weightlifting my question is what routines should i do i go to the gym monday,wednesday,friday and on monday i work my chest,triceps,abs,shoulders on wednesday i work my legs,back,biceps,calves and friday the same as monday i do dumbell flies,bench press,bicep curl etc.. any tips please
