Well you're eating healthy that's for sure.

It all depends on what you want to do. Bulk or cut? what weight do you plan to fight at etc?

Any more opinions? Also I'm thinking of swapping tuna for something else except for the weekend so I have tuna twice a week. I don't want mercury poison yet again I don't want a broken nose but I still intend on boxing =)

I'd suggest to do body weight stuff. press ups, squats, lunges, crunches etc etc...

make a plan of it. (monday- chest, tuesday - legs etc etc)

oatmeal + a few eggs (pref boiled or scram but mostly whites)

hit the tuna in some bread?

rice/pasta - fine but wholemeal (brown) and also try have some meat with this.

you need to do some sort of cardio for at least 30 mins a day.

          Jog for 30 mins
          Bike
          Swim
          Skipping

Sorry it's all over the place but i'm tired

Your diet seems pretty balanced, but between breakfast at lunch you go 5 hours without eating anything. Try eating something around 9 or 10. Something like a handfull of almonds mixed with dried cranberries, or a banana or orange. Nothing that will fill you up but will keep your metabolism going.
