I go to the gym 3 times a week and usually have fairly intenses sessions consistently and come home feeling like I've exerted my self as much as possible, and if dont feel that way then I come home and train a little bit more.
I train at home twice a week and recently I've felt that my home training sessions have kind of plateau'd in intensity, as in I always feel like I've had an ok workout, but havent really pushed myself and never feel like I've done as much as I could have after the session even though my body's pretty ****ed from it. Its been like that for a couple of weeks or so, but tonight I had a home training session and really felt like I broke through that barrier tonight and really stepped up the training a level.
And it feels ****ing great I must say, anyone else relate to what Im on about?
Its the same with running aswell, only recently got back into it, but I remember last year I was running alot, and improved abit but stayed at a certain level for ages not really being able to push past and improve, which really discouraged me. Started up running again now (taking it alot more serious aswell this time round) and Im determined to keep going until I get past that barrier so to speak.
