I HATE drinking water!

    Yea, I know. It tastes great when you're thirsty. I never used to have sodas when I lived with my family. Now I'm by myself, I spend £10 on sodas every time I got shopping.

      I hear you on that, i hate drinking water, however im currently having a "love affair" with volvic touch of fruit. Its spectacular, can't get enough of the stuff.

            start drinking much more water and you will notice how soda makes you sick given that it has so much unhealthy crap in it. put a penny in some coke overnight and see how it looks the next morning, then imagine what that chite does to your teeth.

              Yup, same here. IMO those are the only liquids worth consuming.

              How you can do any sort of athletic activity and not drink boatloads of water is beyond me. Forget soda! Mmmmm, processed sugar, carmel color and caffeine - just what a boxer needs!

                i just drink the acid out of my car battery. burns like hell going down but that just makes me feel like a man.

                  Drinking plenty of water is good when taking your training seriously, you will burn fat faster as your metabolism will increase. I myself drink water with this 0 Calorie / 0 Sodium- Green Mix. 5-6 of 500 ML Bottles / day, makes you pee like never before but it works. I'm going down from HW to CW and need to lose quite a lot.
                  I was as high as 259 looking even worse that Arreola at times, now at 235 more leaner but still to soft, more like Eddie Chambers style, my goal is 199-200 and with added weight training I may or may not make CW, but I'm ok staying in HW but in far better shape thatn I was before I started the diet. just my 2 cents

                      Man you aren't lying...

                      I don't know how some people can work out and then drink soda or some of these sugar filled "sports drinks". Water is the only thing that quenches my thirst.
