Fights are arranged based on weight age and experience

Often at small fight nights they let you mix and match a bit with age weight experience and stuff, maybe giving away 4-5 kg's, a few years of age and stuff, but at tournaments they enforce the weightclasses strictly, as well as age divisions.

Yeah i was just wondering cause every amateur fight i've seen, they always look around the same age, but obviously in pro's that doesnt matter.
So do they do it like under 16's....under 17s....under 18s etc....
The same way they do small football tournaments ?

But anyways cheers for the help m8

Your allowed to be about 2-3kgs heavier or lighter than your opponent, and a year older or younger.. Well thats how it is until your 18 in UK Ams. And for experience they try to match you up with someone with roughly the same experience.
