    Share Your Foot Blister Remedies

    Just got back into the gym yesterday after a very long lay off and i got a damn blister on my right foot. Im a righty and it was mostly caused by the pivoting from throwing my right. It cause a slight blister the size of a nickel on the ball of my foot which sucks big time. I couldnt stand walking on the edge of my right food anymore after i got up from a nap so i popped the sucker. Sterilized a sewing need, (post shower)cleaned the blistered area with alcohol and stabbed it multiple times to ensure all the liquid was out.
    Headed over to target and got

    The thing feels like its not even there. Its water tight and feels almost like skin. It can be kept on for up to 7 days. Its comfortable and the seal especially on the edges feels very secure.

      are you shoes tight?.or are you throwing a right that is way of balance that will cause you to put to much pressure to one side,if you swing like you are trying to swat a fly then yes you will cause injury,how is your shoulder is it in a sling?if you are throwing wild haymakers you will hurt your shoulder

        ofcourse i wouldnt throw wild. did i forget to mention that i was doing muay thai lol so its on a padded flooring and we train bare foot. this is the next day after and it feels awesome right now. no more pain in the blister. the bandage is working wonders.

          Usually happens on big toe, so I put duck tape around it before training and always works.

            nice. yeah ive got a decent callus on the corner of my big toe so its stopped blistering. Im going to be taping up the balls of my feet and probably just to be safe the corners of my toes with first aid tape pre workouts.

              ive never had them boxing but with my soccer shoes i get them alot. i usualy pop them then leave the dead skin over it for a few days.
