FIRST OFF....I LOVE BLU N EXILE TOO!..LOL..THAT CD IS THIS ERA BUT DEFINITLY VINTAGE HIP HOP at it best!

you look decent as far as output..ur straight punches look pretty good....only thing i think u need to work more on is mainly taking ur head out of the middle more before n after ur punch n then punch off of those different angles sometimes...like not always punching from a vertical torso position (classic euro style or stiff as they say..lol) examples like the up jab...while dipping on the left leg come up wit the jab..also while dipping on the right side or leg, push off the back foot n come up wit the jab at times....u can also do this dip n transfer of weight n punches with ur other punches....it will help blend both ur offense n defense together, so ur not as easy to time or on some "your turn my turn stuff"....will give u a different look n rhythmn....play around with it! ......oh yeah(in bernard hopkins voice when he consoled pavlik after he beat him) "bend your damn knees" lol....dip a little more side to side n use ur roll under moves

lol yeah sick album my friend gave me it a while ago after he downloaded it, thats real hip hop.

Thanks for the advice man was real good, i see what you mean about punching from different angles, dipping and bending my kness and moving my head more, i had that problem when i use to fight basically steam straight in with no head movement throwing everything i got at my opponent, so il take that in mind next time im on the bag as i been out the boxing gym and fighting for about 2 years, have you got a boxing background you seem to know your stuff??

You need to get a heavier bag, so it dosen't swing as round as much or get someone to hold it for you if you can.

How long have you been boxing and how old are you, out of interest?

You throw some crispt straight shots, but there is a lot to work on, which you probaly know.

If you're serious about boxing and you want to go far in the sport. The best advice I can give is.....

        -Stay Dedicated.

-Don't Drink, Smoke, Or Do Any Drugs.

-Eat as little Junk Food as possible if any and don't touch suger or fizzy drinks. Stick to water, and green tea.

-Stick to the one women, or try and stay away from women most of the time.

-Study vintage fight tapes, of the likes of Archie Moore, Ezzard Charles, Marciano, Julio Chavez, Pernell Whitaker, Joe Louis, etc. You will pick up alot from fighters such as these.

-Be a gym rat, and be in the gym as much as possible. Always practasing techinuqes and always trying to improve.

-Try and go to places were you will get some good and world class sparring. This will also help you improve.

-And be mentalliy strong and don't give in when things get hard.

That's the best advice I can give to any fighter coming up in the ranks.

try to get that space clean , or put it in a more open area so you can move around it more , but i can see some speed , good set , the way you throw its pretty good. nice nice , sometimes i raise mine so the bottom of it will be chest level and throw upper combos u shoult try it , its not the best way but it works.
