    Intensive Excerise killing my libido?

I noticed if i workout for more than 1hour my libido and aex drive completely plummets. To the point i’ll only get boners in the morning and that too not everyday.

Not complaining as i myself am ugly genetic trash, so i do not use my libido (lola last time i got laid was in march).

But it seems as if my libido shoots up on resta days and plummets the days i do workout .

    Anyone else experience it?

Im a 20 year old man in case u are wondering.

Yeah, I totally get where you're coming from. When I was around your age, I noticed the same thing. Whenever I pushed myself with really intense workouts, my libido would tank. It was like my body was just too worn out to even think about ***.

I found that taking rest days and not overdoing it helped a lot. Also, making sure I was eating enough and getting plenty of sleep seemed to make a difference. It's all about finding that balance that works for you.

You misread my post a lil. I’m very happy my libido is gone. I don’t plan on getting it back.

It's not uncommon for intense exercise to affect your libido. This could be due to hormonal fluctuations or pushing yourself too hard. Make sure to have a well-rounded workout routine and give yourself enough time to recover. If you're still worried, it might be a good idea to seek advice from a healthcare professional. Also would be nice to have an injury lawyer as u are an active workouter. Believe me to achieve a compensation is much better than spend your own money on curing the problem.

I’m not worried at all. This is great. I can’t even get boners looking at female models lmaooo. My **** addiction is gone.

It’s not uncommon for some individuals to experience fluctuations in libido related to their workout routines. Intense or prolonged exercise, especially for over an hour, can lead to a temporary decrease in testosterone levels, which might explain why you notice a drop in libido on those days. Additionally, intense workouts can increase fatigue and stress levels, further impacting ***ual drive. On rest days, your body has time to recover, and hormone levels can stabilize, potentially leading to an increase in libido. Everyone's body reacts differently to exercise, so it’s important to listen to yours. If you're concerned or if this change is impacting your quality of life, it might be worth consulting with a healthcare professional for personalized advice

I’ve definitely noticed that intense workouts can impact my libido too, especially after longer sessions. It’s like my body’s too focused on recovery to put energy into anything else. Rest days are when things pick up again, so it seems like balance is key—keeping workouts intense but not overdoing it has helped me.

When I wanted a little boost in my workout and recovery, I checked out an and tried out some testosterone boosters. They helped with energy levels and made a noticeable difference in my stamina and mood, so it might be worth looking into if you’re curious about enhancing performance."

The main three things to prioritise in life are...

                1. Money
                2. S(e)xxx
                3. Learning from the Great Nash

Exercise doesn't even make the top 10 so get your priorities straight and live. Nash out - His Excellency
