Why do some fighters have slow feet but fast hands ?

I think he's referring to fighters lack of footwork. You got to admit, good footwork is pretty rare in modern times.

Usyk and Loma got really quiick footwork. Theres so many eastern euro's now days that defy the stereotype of slow robotic fighters. I think its the internet, figure even guys in their 30s they had access to someone with broadband internet and can get their hands on any fight video they want in the early 2000s, they grew up watching and analyzing the western stiles, where as before that they were more isolated.

They have very unique styles because most Eastern Euro fighters are not movers at all.
