    Ross Enamait

If anyone is interested his book never gymless is available for download for as little as ?

he has mainly trained and has trained in combat sports himself and makes interesting reading. There is a few plans at the bottom which I think have a great balance for all.

the concentration of maximal strength and explosive strength along with plenty of variations of conditioning exercises and workouts that’s can easily be done at the end of a boxing session

im currently working through some of his advised workouts and have gotten what I feel is good rewards from it.

I’ve been able to perform 4 x 6 one arm push ups, 4 x 3 one arm pull ups. It’s a good read for those that find a gym environment tedious

My current routine looks something like this

Monday - Maximal Strength (Advanced - program) with the exception of any arm work

Tuesday - Boxing Club which Tuesdays is technique, pads and bag work
I spend 20 minutes after doing one of the ICT or EIT workouts

Thursday - Explosive Strength (Sample Routine 1)

Friday - Boxing Club similar to Tuesday but includes sparring

Saturdays - I do a 3 mile which i finish off with either something like 6 x 400m sprints + 20 MB Slams or Burpees as he states the world is your oyster when it comes to combining the conditioning stuff

    all the best

I wish I still had the time to do that much. That some good work right there.

His strength and conditioning products are excellent. I credit him for Katie Taylor being in great shape, which is what allowed her to weather the storm and come back to beat Amanda Serrano.

Not too sure about his boxing IQ though. I think he is not as excellent in that area.

Got it! Definitely my kind of book. I much prefer the great outdoors to the gym.

        It's an E-book and it's $1

I guess it depends on where you live. Some places too hot or too cold.

Too bad, a lot of people would love a hard copy.
