Double End Bag vs Speed Bag

Double end will help your boxing skills 10x more than a speed bag will. Speed bag just conditions your shoulders.

double end bag... but wat i ****IN hate is have to get the hang of it everythin it gets loose..ahhh i hate that..

I agree with MKultra, I feel it will improve your skills more than a speed bag.

supRa you should try getting a adjustable strap, I bought one from Title for like 2-3 bucks, you don't have to tie knots and worry about things getting loose.

I have a Title 7" bag and I love it. I'm on it for hours.

Double End Bag

Double end bag all the way, it will help accuracy, speed, head movement and riddim.

While the speed bag will only work your riddim and shoulder endurance. Honestly i barely use the speed bag anymore.

Double end bag is a great piece of equitment. Helps with everything.

Speed bag is for coordnation and shoulder conditioning.

I STILL don't know how to use the speed bag but I'm good at the double end. To me that's the best because he helps with a lot.
