Ok! You'll love this.......best finger/hand and forearm training method known to man!

    1) Sit in front of a fire with an open newspaper you have already read. The larger the pages the better.

    2) Using only your right hand, start at one of the corners of the page and spider your way up using all your fingers and thumb to squeeze the page into as tight a ball as possible.....the paper ball will be quite big at the end so try your best to get it as tight as you can using no help from your left hand or prising it against the floor etc.

    3) Toss the ball in the fire!

    4) Take the next page with your left hand and repeat.

    5) Continue till the newspaper is finished.

Do this a few times a week and believe me, your hands and forearms will strengthen no end! You can even do this whilst watching the TV if you have a coal fire and if you're out camping with a log fire you can impress the girls with your bulging forearm muscles as you keep the fire fed and your party warm.......everyones a winner!!!!!!!

Ha ha, I'll be keeping an eye out for your change of signature to a picture of Popeye! Such will be your forearms in due course! Great arty shot of Mike though....

Bruce Lee felt that alot of his punch power came from his forearm development, I think I've heard Tommy Hearns say this too......double whammy!

grab some cardboard and try poking holes in it using your fingers do this till your main finger starts to feel kinda brusied and stop for a few days train your thumb seperatly from your fingers in the same way toughens up your fingers and teaches you better poking technique you kinda want the force to be equally downward as it is forward.

its not like your fingers can become bulgy and gross and awesome. you have to work your forearms. wrist curls are pretty much all you need. do farmers walk if you care. this is coming from a guy with ridiculous forearms, just sayin.
