Is this a good daily routine for an aspiring semi amatuer?

that is a good routine but do less press ups and do sprints with light joggers weights(full speed running 1 min walk or jog for 30 seconds and repeat) this will help you fight in explosive bursts also do some floor to ceiling/speed bag
for timeing and speed
and try to spar at the gym
any thing else just ask

Very nice man, im 15 and everyday i do 200 pushups, 30 dips, 50 charles atlas pushups and 500 crunches a day. Monday's, Wensday's and Friday's i go to the gym and work on my heavybag for an hour everyday i also run 3 miles a day exept for mondays and fridays which i do interval running.
