i had lots of nose problems, you could hit my nose with a tissue and it would bleed. so my doctor said to get thiss ponaris oil which keeps your nose moist and it never bled after that. im gonna get a facesaver headgear cause i broke my nose sparring and i dont want it to get crooked

yup thats it, and i use a q-tip
it comes in a little bottle with a squirter so if you want you can squirt it in your nose
the q-tip is better i think because you dont need too much

It's like saying, if I get punched in the face, will it toughen up my face? Your skin might get leather-like but it will make no difference when the next dude wails on you.
