First thing I noticed was your feet. You need to work on that. Bend your legs a little more and dont lean back on your heel as you turn. Learn to shuffle...kinda like playing defense in basketball.

Step with your hook and bend more at the waist. Also, you are flatfooted the entire time. Just to start.

dont mean to hate or be mean. but u need a lot of work. your footwork is terrible, but thats normal for beginners. we have all been there. my advice would be to leave the double end bag alone. it wont offer u anything at this point.

its boring, but all u should do is shadowbox. at first throw nothing but jabs and just work on footwork and coordination. look at yourself in a mirror and have a trainer watch u aswell. then add the straight right, start circling in the ring rather than just going straight forward and staright back in front of the mirror. start going a few rounds on the heavybag but mainly do shadowboxing. add a left hook in time. always focus on form and technique over speed and power. when your able to move your body correctly start sparring, and up the bagwork. once u can box a little u can start using double end bags, speedbags and such. at this point it will only create bad habits.

its boring at first, but u have to do the basic work. once u have a stance, solid footwork and decent coordination u can start doing more fun exercises. good luck.

for footwork. do your steps all day, in the house, in the mall, on an elevator, in the shower, just be conscious of it at all times.

that way, when you try something new like double end, you will already have it there. your feet look very heavy.
