hi when trying to loose body fat should i stay away from dairy products ?

Though i dont recommend microwaving a pound of Mozzarella and munching it down or seeing how fast you can down a can of whipped cream 2 min 38 seconds. Milk and yogurt are very good for you vitamin d and calcium live cultures for digesting 8 or 9 grams of protein in a cup of milk and only 90 calories in skim. For yogurt i buy fat free plain in the quarts and just dish up what i want add some honey and fruit and its delish. milk i only drink skim it tastes diffrent if your not used to it but it tends to quench your thirst better and not flem up like whole milk

you can have low fat dairy products
i eat low fat yogurt and use light milk on my cereals etc, it makes a difference
