errm 8 weeks out im on 30 minutes, pretty high but steady pace 4 times a week
4 weeks out its twice a week 30 minutes, then twice a week doing 5x2 minutes interval running (so flat out for 2 minutes, then a minutes walking, then 2 minutes flat out again)
2 weeks out i have one week of doing intervals only, then the last week before the fight i just go for a light jog once or twice (depending on how my weight is, obviously run more or harder if your struggling)
thats me! obviously it changes massively as 90% of the time you dont get 8 weeks notice, for big tournaments though with set dates, thats my schedule, and i win fights.
