I am 5' 4" and overweight at 145 I think I have pretty good hand and leg speed, I feel this is the fastest I am going to be. Even though I feel fast when I check it out in the mirror with gloves on I dont feel fast anymore. If I drop to 125 whick I feel is more of a natural weight will I be alot faster? does anyone have a story about losing weight and increasing speed alot?
