    what would work better ?

    what would work better for weight loss?
    6 small meals a day or 3 medium to large meals a day ?
    healthy meals but large portions such as tuna pasta
    also could i just stay eating just chicken ?

    Three Meals a day is your best bet, but make it big meals then you should fine, just make sure you have alot of protein!

      3 big medium meals isnt bad but it will be more effective to have 6 small meals spread out about 3-4 hours each b4 you even get hungry. by having 6 small meals every 3-4 hours your metabolism has no choice but to stay active rather then having larger amounts of space where it isnt working as much. you could honestly just eat the same **** as long as the calories proteins and carbs are sufficient enough. some body builders go as far as just eating veggies and plain chicken breast 6 times a day or veggies and a salmon filet. along with your multivitamin its very possible if your trying to lose weight. this would probably be one of the quickest but its takes a lot of dedication.

        Small snacks throughout the day. Disperse em between workout sessions.

          6 smaller meals throughout the day. ur metabolism is wat burns fat, by eating several smaller meals throughout the day ur forcing ur metabolism to work continuously
