Has anyone here heard or own a brand called Top Ten boxing equipment

not to be mistaken with Top Contender. Yeah, I was browsing the net and it popped up and was surprised that some of their gloves are pretty pricey. The most expensive one was $145.

Does anyone own a Top Ten gloves if so how do they compare to other name brands.

They're the most used brand for amatuer fights here in Canada. They suck in my opinion. Your thumb sticks out weird and it's hard to make a proper fist. They aren't terrible if you if I can get a really small pair to use, but usually they're big ones that my hand moves around in alot (and I have pretty big hands).

Never used their training or bag gloves and don't plan on it.

Thanks for the feedback. I just have to add this, I'm lovin' my Winning's gloves these days. I mean, when I first bought them, they already had that broken in feel, but I've used it for a good two months now, and it feels even better.

As mentioned before, they're a prominent amateurs brand. Been used a few times in the Olympics I believe.

          I got a pair.
They got 2 things going for 'em -
          1. they are small profile, my 16 ounce sparring gloves look like 12s.
          2. the bayfill padding, pretty dang protective and almost IMF-like in that it doesn't break down.

I actually like their headgear. The leather ones, not the weird low-profile rubber foam type ones.

I've got an awkward shape head and I put one on and it fit great without even adjusting anything. I would've bought it right there but the guy said it was just a display model and they didn't have any ones left that could actually be bought. It was at a tournament that I tried it on. I could just order online, but it's a lot more expensive.

They suck in my opinion, doesn't fit your hand very well, tough to make a fist.
