need some advice on some bag and mitt gloves and price is not an issue.... i currently have some ringsides for bag and mitt but they kinda lack wrist support so looking to replace them and some winnings (16 oz) for sparring which are perfect. any suggestions? if there arent any i might just buy another pair of 16 oz winnings and use those for the bag and mitts

If you like winnings that much, then yeah, the bag and mitts are probably what you're gonna want to use them for - you spend at least 2 or 3 times as many rounds on the bag & mitts than in sparring. Not to mention the fact that the bag & pads are probably where you want that hand protection if you're nervous about injuries.
I have one of those situations where hardly anybody at my gym(s) switches out their gloves for sparring and the mma guys will do boxing sparring with 10~12oz fight gloves (and they like to ****), so personally; I have no qualms about wearing the same gloves for my whole workout.
I don't usually wear the same gloves 2 days in a row, however, so I do avoid some of the wear and tear.
I also have a lot of control, unless someone pushes me over the line, aside from a split lip or two, I haven't busted anybody up and I've only dropped one person in sparring from punches (bodyshot with Reyes).
I don't like injuring my sparring partners, I'm mostly there to work on my timing and defense, but sometimes you gotta keep guys off of yah. -
yeah thats true ill probably just get another pair of winnings.... and i know i dont like when i spar and having to switch my gloves out ill probably do what you do and just rotate with them every other dayComment
