    1. Push ups, Chin ups, Dips, Crunches, and weight workouts.
    2. Heavy Bag
    3. Mitts
    4. Punching workouts with 4 pound weights. (30 second ones)

    How many times a week should i do these and what things should i do on the same days?

      Now this is just what i was told, and my exp. punching with weights does not improve much as it really only puts more stress on the joints. Try 16oz gloves if you want to get faster, or hitting a tire with a sledge if you want to build power.
