    18 Pounds in 2 months?

    Is that do-able. With 3 times per week in the gym?
    I'm 15, 1m79 and 71 kg. I'd like to drop some.
    Any tips, gym wise?
    I don't mind NOT losing that much weight, as in I don't might losing fat and gaining a bit of muscle.

    If you got a lot of fat to lose its easy, use a sauna suit or make a shirt with a plastic trash bag and a jacket over it, more important, watch what you eat.
