    When do your guys do you S&C training? Like how many times per week and what does it consist of?

    strength about 3-4 times a week and i do some sort of cardio 5-6 days a week. Intervals 3 times a week and the other days long distance usually like a trail run or something.

          i think they mean that the cardio is included in a couple of the same days the strenght is included

            I have just started to do this for my strength training, its very good :
            cardio i try and do 3 45 minute runs and one threshold run a week
