    Burning fat in key areas

Ok I know this has probably been asked and explained before but please excuse me.
I hate being fat basically, my trainer is a good trainer for technique but is crap at giving diet and exercise tips on losing weight.
I have always wanted less body fat and the main areas I have fat are on the torso, belly, and thighs. I just want to know what the best exercises are to combat these areas and how much of it I need to do.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

i think ppl store fat in certain areas, it differs from person to person...how ever I do believe (from personal experience) u cant burn fat from any one area, it'll burn overall..

i'd recommend running, especially in the morning before eating anything..dont ask me the science behind it, but to me it feels like I burn fat more then, wen u do run, breath like a boxer, through the nose and out the mouth, it helps ur core and makes a stronger torso.. this is my opinion from my experience only, best to try things out, but to burn fat do cardio, cardio, cardio...watch the calories obviously goodluck!

      Lipo-suction or Hydroxycut Hardcore.

      You choose. $2000+ or $30?

definitely benefits you if you run in the morning before you eat. fat on anyone's body is related to genetics. some people are naturally low in body fat and have abs without having done 1 sit up in their life. your best bet is to do some research on your kcals per day minimum for weight loss and split it up into 5-6 small meals. if you stay away from sugars and bad fats, eat your 5-6 small healthy meals, drink your daily amount of water, run atleast 3+miles atleast 3x or more a week, your body fat will drop. if you want to increase the speed at which this happens then get into isolation weight lifting in the 4-6set 8-12rep range 3x a week as well as doing your boxing training. working out is what it is supposed to be. work
