    Running on Treadmill After Weight Lifting

    is it good or bad? what does it do?

    i used to run the treadmill before i lift weights. but now i run only for a 10 min pace then i lift weights. after that i run another 10 min pac then go to sauna.

    does it affect the build up of my muscles or what?

    Before, after... Before and after. It don't make a difference. Be4 is good to work up a sweat. If i had to chose, I would chose be4.

      A moderate run before will be good to get the blood flowing and to warm up. Afterwards would make a good warm down which prevents injury and increases positive results (fitness, strength etc).

      I'd advise both tbh, only 5 mins a piece though.
