are you dropping weight at all? i usually have to cut a decent amount of weight, so for me it's pretty much just a normal week in the gym wearing a sauna suit. the day before the fight my routine is: stretch, light shadow boxing, jog a mile at a very easy pace, stretch. that's it.
eating and dieting all depends on if you have to make weight. it'd be ideal to carb up the night before, and again a few hours before the fight.
depends on how u feel on ur weight... i rmemeber i used to run a **** load in the mornings
stamina is ur BF.. my theory is.. if u have stamina, u control the fight, brawl when u wanna, do what ever u want.........
