Anyone know how these gloves are? I'm curious if they are too heavy to throw proper punches or anything and if they might be bad for your joints. I'm also wondering if they might be bad for the wrists.

They aren't that heavy, but for the first week, you will have to get use to them. you can still throw proper punches. I dont think they will be bad for joints. I bought the Regular size, cuz i have small hands, but its hard as hell for me to get my wrist in the glove, once i put my handwraps on. But i would reccomend them.

I just got a pair of the weighted bag mitts from Title (you know, the old fashioned kind).
Haven't hit the bag with them yet, but playing around with them, they don't feel that heavy.
The cuffs are big and puffy, with padding, so you really can't even feel the weights.
Wanted old fashioned bag gloves for more crunch behind the punch and more accuracy on the mitts; but still need to have the endurance to sling around 16oz gloves.
So I can definitely give those a recommendation as well.

Would you recommend the larger size? I have small hands also but I use handwraps and a foam pad so it might be even more difficult to put my hands in there.
