    I put on like 15 pounds in only a couple weeks!

    Seriously, I was working and I was having like burger king for breakfast, kebab and chips for lunch, mcdonalds for dinner, and loads of cakes etc and I put on 15 pounds, so i started only eating salad and went back to normal pretty quickly, anyone else got any tales of big weight gain?

    Yesterday was Easter, and I got mad leftovers to polish off this week. Surplus alcohol too. When i ain't workin I gotta bust ass workin out if I don't wanna gain.

      i put on three pounds in two days. went from 126 even to 129 2. not a huge weight gain, but it's all i got.

        aroun 5 lbs in a day or 2 isnt really much just because our water weight fluctuates from day to day. brock lesnar loses 20-25lbs of sweat when he works out. im 5'7/5'8 and sit around 140-144ish. ill sit nicely at 145/146 when im not conditioned or working on a daily basis. for a lil while i wasnt doing **** and i got up on the scale and i was sitting at 151 and that was a huge eye opener. i couldnt believe that i went up to 150 151 from not working out and such. never happened to be before. so i kicked my ass working out for 2 weeks and dropped to a solid 139. the first day i lost like 4lbs of sweat hah.

          I put on 15 pounds since January, after I pulled out of the Gloves...now that I'm here I'm not sure if I can ever get back.

            Over the holidays eating at my relatives I can add like 6 or 7 lbs in a week. I usually have a pretty lean diet full of chicken and fruits and salads but they eat Southern cooking: yams, turkey with stuffing, cole slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans with pork slices, and tons of good stuff. My body is not used to that kind of food, so I pack on the weight. After a week or so, I lose it but it is sure as heck easier to gain it than it is to lose it.

                lol that kind of lifestyle for 4years only made me gain 10lbs... xD

                    Weighed in a couple months ago at 151 for the finals of a tournament on a sunday, after the fight my coach made me take the next week off of training. When I came in to the gym for the first time the next monday - 8 days later - I was 167. Now a couple pounds of that was just the food and water in me since the fight weighin was in the morning and I weighed myself at the gym at night, but I still gained a ton.
