i reccomend a 20 second stretch after each set what are some of the exercises you do i do this thing where i look one way as fast as i can 20 times then the other way and then i stretch it back left right and forward for 20 seconds each i dont think the fast look is going to help anything if not maybe even hurt my neck i was looking for maybe something i can do like 3 sets of 8-12 reps where slower is better any exercises you reccomend?

Neck curls with a harness. Start off light, then work your way up. Do 3 sets of 10-15 reps. Then the next day, do a "Bridge". 3 sets of 10-15. When you get strong enough while doing the Bridge, after awhile you may be able to take a 25lbs. plate and hold it to your chest while rocking back and forth. Right now on the neck harness, I'm able to to do 3 sets of up to 80lbs.

just lay on a bench with your shoulders at the end of the bench and your head hanging completely off. Lower your head all the way down and then raise your chin to your xhest and repeat. Do that for awhile and then hold your head horizontal and turn it from left to right, Go those for awhile abd then go up and down again. you can do this on your back or your stomach, I recommend both. Do this until your your jaw becomes cramped and thats shpuld be enough for the session. It will surely strengthen your neck for fighting. I used those weights strapped to your head and they are fine but just dont try to be a hee man and use too much weight. It will hurt you before it will help you.....................Rockin'Last edited by Rockin'; 04-14-2009, 06:09 AM.
