I would say work out then 6-9 hours work out again. Cuz if you try to combine lets say cardio then boxing. when you are done w/ cardio, you wont want to do your boxing right after, cuz you will be exhausted and you want to continue working out.

If you work out then 6-9 hours later your body will have enough time to rest, hydrate, etc.

work out in the morning, wait 6-9 hours then work out again. that guy^^ pretty much covered it. exercise is pointless unless ur doing the exercises properly.

I dont like doing resistance training more than once a day as i like to give my muscles time to repair.

Cardio and weights then split it. If its weights then go for the one huge work out.

Split the workout, that way you can keep high intensity for both workouts as opposed to fading out after the first hour or so.

true statement...... but i do my cardio(running, skipping rope, etc) in the morining and 5-6 hours later i do my boxing specific workouts(heavybay, shadowbox, mitts, sparring, etc)

              thats what i meant.
