Spray the insides with a 50/50 mixture of water and alchol (rubbing alchohol, not whiskey) after using them each night.
Or get a pair of socks and fill them up with cedar wood chips get them from a pet store for cheap, it's the stuff you would put in the bottom of a hamster cage. Put them inside the gloves each night, they will absorb water/sweat and make them smell.
Most important thing is to not leave them in a locker/gym bag overnight. Take them out so they can air out.
I've got two pairs of gloves (sparring and bag) that I use five or six days per week and they don't smell at all. All I do is take them out of my bag each night and let them air out and dry. Same with my headgear and boots.
