Im looking into take muscle mass. Has anyone used it before and benefited from it? My cuz uses it and just loves it. Im playing baseball and havnt played in a year so im trying to get back in shape and get back the muscle i've lost from being out to long. Baseball players dont need alot of muscle but i know how much i need and how much to weigh. If i can get back to that i will be good. I eat ALOT of protein. I take Myloplex bars after i work out and sometimes as a meal replacement. Muscle mass helps builds your muscles and keeps you from getting sore and what not. My cuz loves it. How about anyone on here?
