Been training for a couple of years now. Haven't had my first bout as yet, I had 3 cancelled last season, one of which was cancelled after the weigh in itself, due to guys pulling out. I was down to 240lbs at the time, but haven't trained hard until the last couple of months, currently 265lbs and on the way down. This vid isn't at my boxing club, but at my other gym where I get my cardio done, hitting the roads has messed with my knees in the past!

Good video. Maybe try and add some slipping/bobbing & weaving because your head is stationary after you throw combinations. Your right hand looked pretty fast as well.
