    Pre workout meal

    Hey all,

    What do you guys like to eat before working out? I start getting pretty hungry around 4pm and get to the gym at 6. I used to eat cliff bars but those things started getting expensive. Now I just mix all natural peanut butter (ingredients, peanuts) and G****-nuts cereal. Seems to have been doing the trick.

    What do you guys like to eat before a workout?

    12 grain bagel with peanut butter, and a banana.

      I usually just get a medium size pasta meal in me, lots of pasta with a small amount of meat. I also try drink some lucozade beforehand as long as its not too late (otherwise I cant get to sleep)
