Heavy deadlifts, one-arm deadlifts, weighted pullups, towel pullups, farmer's walks, wrist roller, static bar hangs

I've been trying that for months, increasing in weight as I go along.

get a long stick, nothing too heavy but with some good weight to it; hold the stick at one end and then do figure 8 motions in the air with the stick, kind of like a ninja (just make sure you don't hit yourself in the face).

Don't do the roll up exercise where you've got a bar and a weight tied together with a string and you roll the weight up by twisting the bar around, you'll give yourself carpal tunnel if you do it enough.

towel pullups, hammer curls (bicep curl with ur palms facing each other), hand squeezers, and rowing machine (concept 2 are the best)
