Hey, I have a heavy bag but I can't hang it up from the ceiling. Can anyone tell me ways that I can use it effectively without buying any sort of stand or something.
umm hang it from a tree? if you have a deck then you could maybe hang it from there, even if its on the side of it you could at least hit it...why not just buy an eye hook and hang it?
