im not sure about your age but i put 23 and with your other stats the kcal calculator put you at almost 3000kclas per day with a very active lifestyle if your working out 3x+ a week. along with that nutritionally balanced meal you should be getting around 150g of protein at the least per day if you want to effectively and quickly put on muscle as you workout as well as increasing recovery time. split up your meals into 5-6 even meals of proteins fats and carbs. do your research to find out the amount of good fats and carbs and such per meal you should be getting. there really isnt a simple this and that answer to what you should be eating. takes some time and patience to get your diet in order and all thats left is working out and sticking to your diet and you should be good.

        Easy Way to Lose Weight

To reduce your weight and to increase your muscle there are some weight loss supplements that would be helpful to you.Thousands of weight loss pills and patches are now being sold, all are used to help you lose weight without the extra effort

A weight loss liquid supplement functions like a weight loss pill. The main difference is its form. Most weight loss liquid supplements usually come in different flavors or in tea variants.

Liquid diet products include Hoodia, diet shakes, tea variants, and other diet juices. These products are usually taken as a replacement for regular meals. The objective of a liquid diet is to cut down on the intake of calories to 400-800 calories a day.

A liquid protein shake, for example, is commonly used to replace meals. Since a weight loss liquid supplement lacks the excess calories and fat calories, the body can directly start to burn the already digested fat.Liquid diet supplements can lead to the development of muscle cramps, anemia, dizziness, menstrual abnormality, and constipation. The people who are only mildly obese lose too much lean body mass which increases their chance of cardiac dysfunctions.
