so it is basically known and talked about on here that lifting weights is beneficial for boxing. The problem I have though is it makes me to sore. After lifting Im so sore I have a lot of trouble doing whats really important and that is boxing. What do you all do to help with this?

Stop doing Arnold Schwarzenegger work outs haha. What that means is that if you're just getting into lifting weights dont go all out the first time. Do it casually and then progress. Get some muscle recovery drink and use that perhaps. And stretch and deal with it.

Stretch before you lift. Dont lift weights heavier than you can lift. Get your 1 rep max, cut that in half, and lift that. You should be fine. If your still having problems, stop doing a ton of reps. Do 8-12 and you will be fine. Then you stretch and rest for 10 minutes.
After that, go do your boxing routines.
