I have a medium french vanilla coffee every Saturday because I have work at 5 in the morning on Saturdays so it helps keep me alert. Other than that, I never drink it. Sounds like your drinking a lot I would imagine that's not too good. I don't diet too too serious until I get a fight lined up then the serious dieting begins.

i drink coffee everyday, and it doesn't effect my training. to be honest i feel like **** without it. Its not bad if your body's used to it but if you never drink coffee then have expresso and go to spar it might be comical. lol I was worried bout it stunting my growth cause im still young

Well, the only thing that I know is bad about Coffee is that you can become addicted to it. Your body will become dependent on the caffiene. Besides that nothing is really wrong with it. Nothing bad enough for the "now" if you drank if for fifty years you can develop osteoporosis.

Coffee will actually make you more alert and your reaction speed increases, couple with other stuff. It aids in the burning of fat and thats about it. If you are willing to make your teeth yellow and become addicted to it. Then by all means use it.

Dont forget, with all addictions comes a "withdrawal" when you attempt to kick the habit.
