I used to think this was a tear... but I just figured it out. Haha...The pain was my jab muscle developing it.
anyway, I've been stretching it/massaging it a lot/putting tiger bomb stuff on it. Good idea or naw? Is this useless?
edit; sparred for the first time today. it was fun, and i didn't get too beat up. i felt a good uppercut, and that's really the only notable ass beating punch i took.
