Good work Jaywater, got some good overhand rights in and I liked the trunk movement. Only thing that stood out for me is you might wanna try standing more side-on not square-on to your opponent. BTW how can you see **** out of this headguard? - such as uppercuts and hooks?

ps. chris is out. lost it on the scales and big vin had to pull out because his date was sooner then he had expected and he was still recovering from some kind of inner mouth surgery. he tried to get ready but his mouth opened up in sparring. dave, george, mark sinatra (the cop), perralta, wesley, some dude named abdel (who is rough skills-wise but is a PUNCHER and got a huge write up in the daily news for putting someone out cold) are still goin strong.... me and you will be going strong next year buddy!

excellent .. ive been dying to see peralta fight in the gloves cuz me and that kid went to war in the gym .. i hope he pulls it off and wins the gloves... george is a good kid too.. i saw wesley kick some ass at mount st michaels the other night.. hes got a good shot

yea i was reading about abdel i dont think i know that guy.. yea i sparred some kid whos in the 152 pound quaterfinals and did really good last week so my confidence is good..
