Yeah exactly, I don't box for a living but I do workout 5 days a week: I jog like 3 miles a couple times a week and for me- sweating profusely for a couple of hours seems to do the trick. I think the immune system gets a boost from accelerated cardio activity.

Of course I am not a doc, but from personal experience sweating it out always seems to work for me.

Get more rest than you do at night and I normally try to sweat it out when the illness has not yet set in, I should have been more specific...If you feel like complete crap....take it easy for a bit. If you feel like you may bee coming down with something sweat and take echinacea (an all natural herb that boosts the immune system...take it before you get sick though-like when you start sniffling and sneezing...this stuff works great and is natural with no preservatives)

exactly, I always feel better (provided its a cold) after I sweat like mad. Also getting popped in the nose has a way of clearing it.

Thats nonsense, your sick and you go train which can result in it getting worse or taking longer to recover. Always take a day or 2 till the sickness goes away believe me it makes you 10x better to train harder in your gym once you go back. Besides your only bound to get sick 1 or twice a year, so it shouldn't be that big of a problem.
