Hi im just wondering if someone could put down a day by day, full week good workout routine. I am about 5'9 5'10, 175 lbs. I wanna gain some more muscle, lose some fat, more cut up I guess. Also about chest workouts, I've heard your regular bench press gives you more "man boobs" than a square chest?

If you want to build a chest push ups is all you need.
And no the bench doesnt give you "man boobs"
It targets pac major and minor...
What your muscles look like, you cant change...its just genetics...
Not everyone will look like Wlad or RJJ, regardless of how much you work out...your body is your body.

i would recommend training your body as a whole, don't train like bodybuilders ie split (chest one day, back another). People who adopt bodybuilding routines their incentives are purely for asethics and often is not functional. Since you are here ina boxing forum, I would assume you value athletic performance more then pure looks, if so I suggest you check rossboxing or rosstraining.com
