left hook

im having a lil trouble with my left hook. i would like to be stronger. im right handed so my jab is also not as hard as i would like. do you guys any idea on how could i hit harder left hook and jab

Yup.

One thing you could try now is mess around with your distances and see if that helps as long as your technique is good.

i want to have a left hook as good as frazier one day, so i just practice. Not much else you can do other than find ways to throw that hook harder, mess around with it

That was the hardest punch for me to work on. I watched alot of videos of the greatest hooks. What i worked on was hitting the bag with the outside bottom of my knuckle because my hook looked like a slap.. Eventually it was tighter. Also worked extra hard on twerking my hips. Just concentrate to make ur left hook as much as ur right
