its hard to stop up when you get pushed to the limit in your fight to just think about it like that maybe you need to have self control

It all depends on how they are cooked.

i was reading somewhere that the top 3 bad foods are
1. Donuts
2. French Fries
3. Fettucine Alfredo
If you think about it, medium fries alone is like 300-400 calories of ****. thats about a 30 minute run at a slow pace. Is it worth it?

If you want to be a professionalist - don't eat french fries. You don't need it so you should not make rubbish dump from your stomach.

We seem to have the same weakness, as mine are potato chips n crisps too
Just trying to lay off of it a bit
Before your meal, drink 1 or 2 glasses of water, you wont eat as much!

I beg to differ. Wedges in the oven are fine, as are oven chips, but imo nothing beats chips( french fries) straight out the deep fat!!!mmmmmmmm.
