Hey man its ok to eat Chipotle once in awhile. I LOVE the Burrito Bowl too
Avocado is high in calorie but that comes from good fat so no worries. What I usually do is get a burrito bowl with (steak+chicken, rice, corn, hot sauce, lettuce, and a very tiny portion of cheese), then I'd eat half, 2 hours later eat the other half. Thats only about 300 calories an 10 grm of fat. and do the calculator.
